SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT AND OUTSOURCING Terix Technologies undertakes various projects outsourced from Germany/Europe to the Philippines. By outsourcing software development projects, Terix Technologies aims to promote mutual cooperation for experienced and highly skilled Filipino I.T. specialists, thus, serve as an avenue to encourage increased awareness and interest about the German Green Card Program. The German Green Card Program, which became effective in Germany on 03 August 2000, aims to encourage the employment of highly skilled foreign I.T. specialists in various I.T. and I.T-related industries in Germany.
PROMOTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY AND SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS Terix Technologies aims to promote software solutions which are not available in the Philippines, such as SiteKiosk™. SiteKiosk™ is a Windows-based, multi-functional secure browser software primarily designed for public or unattended terminals. It was awarded as the best kiosk software for the past three years at the CeBIT, the world’s largest trade fair being held annually in Hannover, Germany.
VIRTUAL LIBRARY Through its Virtual Library and I.C.T. Study Center, Terix Technologies aims to provide universities/colleges with an initial of 30-50 workstations geared towards raising the technology-based skills and knowledge levels of the Filipino students and academic community in general. This Project is implemented on a build-operate-transfer scheme, within a period of 3-5 years.
